City Bar Justice Center – Elderlaw Project may be able to assist with your unique legal needs. The Elderlaw Project provides low-income seniors (aged 60+) across New York City with assistance in preparing basic wills, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney. The project also provides referrals to a variety of legal services organizations. The Elderlaw Project does not see clients in their office and does not provide legal representation in court.
