Pace Women’s Justice Center may be able to assist with your unique legal needs. The Pace Women’s Justice Center (the “Center”), is a Legal Center housed at Pace University Law School. The Center serves victims/survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse, primarily, but the Center also has programs that serve the elderly and a general Helpline that provides legal information to over 2000 callers a year. The Center provides direct legal services to approximately 2,800 victims/survivors of domestic violence each year through our Family Court Legal Program, Project “Bridge the Gap” and our Elder Abuse Civil Legal Services Program. Staff attorneys specialize in family law including; custody, visitation, and child support, orders of protection, matrimonial and advanced directives. The center sponsors a Moderate Means Panel, Elder Law Clinics, writes and distributes Legal Question and Answer publications on a variety of subjects and conducts training on domestic violence issues throughout New York State.
