The Advocates for Human Rights – Refugee and Immigrant Program may be able to assist with your unique legal needs. The Advocates provides free attorneys to help immigrants who are seeking asylum in the United States. We help immigrants who live in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, who are low-income, and who have an asylum case at any point in the immigration process. In addition to our asylum work, The Advocates works on human rights issues. We provide education, training, and information to help citizens understand human rights and help policy-makers incorporate human rights standards into law.
