The ARC of Maui may be able to assist with your unique legal needs. The Arc of Maui provides servcies to persons with developmental disabilities with the following characteristics. They are homeless, (State Homeless Institution closed July 2000); they are disadvantaged: they are a minority: they are up to 25% of the poverty level; finally, they are mentally retarded (with overshadows the other issues).
