University of Minnesota Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic may be able to assist with your unique legal needs. Students at the University of Minnesota Law School provide pro bono services to individuals in serious financial difficulty contemplating filing for bankruptcy and to individuals otherwise involved in a bankruptcy case. During a two-semester clinic course co-taught by Clinton Cutler and James Brand, law school students represent a spectrum of clients including potential debtors, debtors seeking a hardship discharge of student loans, debtor-defendants in adversary proceedings, and sometimes individual creditors.
