Can we cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We invest in providing maximum value for your free or paid membership, and if you are not completely satisfied with your results, you can cancel anytime and/or remove your listing from public view.

What are your service hours?

We typically provide basic support within 24 hours and priority support much faster. Our office hours are 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST.

How long will it take to be approved and online?

New listings, including Featured listings, are immediately published to our website, ready for public view. We do however reserve the right to conduct quality checks on all profiles and limit visibility if our terms of use have been violated.

Will we be able to modify our listings once we post?

Yes. Every account has its own dashboard page where you can find and update existing listings, edit your profile, review your orders and more. You retain full control for as long as you wish.
