H-4 extension

My H-1B with company A expires 07/09/2022. My spouse’s H-4 also expires on the same date. Company A is processing H-1B extension but has not yet filed with USCIS. However, I have accepted an offer from Company B and they are also processing H-1B transfer with a start date 08/01/2022 (they have also not yet filed with USCIS).
Can I file H-4 with A and later change the pending case to B ? or Do I need to start a new case after H-1B approval from B? Will my spouse be out of status if I file H-4 extension wit B after 07/09/2022?
