I had just pulled into a drive way and shut off my vehicle when 2 city cops came walking up and asked for my license , then asked me to please step out of the vehicle, next thing I know they are searching my truck never once asking my permission. They proceeded to arrest 2 of my friends on warrants and let me go . They found scales in my purse with residue and sent them to the lab . 2 months later I was arrested and went to jail and am facing my second felony . Can I beat this case
