TACOMA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM TCPA CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT

The Settlement resolves a lawsuit over whether Tacoma Dodge violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (“TCPA”), the Washington Automatic Dialing and Announcing Device statute, RCW 80.36.400 (“WADAD”), and the Washington Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86 by robocalling customers without proper consent.

Your legal rights may be affected whether you act or don’t act.

If you owned a cellular telephone number that is included in the Settlement Class during the period of December 1, 2009 and November 30, 2013, then you may be entitled to relief. Please read the Class Notice or Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

You may have received a Certificate in the mail. This Certificate can be redeemed in one of two ways, subject to certain terms and conditions.

Option 1: After the Settlement becomes effective on March 9, 2016, you may redeem your Certificate for one or more oil changes with a cost of up to $60. To redeem your Certificate for one or more oil changes, take the Certificate to Tacoma Dodge, 4101 S. Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409.

Option 2: You may choose to redeem your Certificate for a cash amount of $35. If you choose this option, you must submit a claim form on this website or submit a claim by mail by tearing off the Certificate at the perforation, sign it and mail it, postage paid, to the Claims Administrator. You will receive a payment after the Settlement becomes effective on March 9, 2016. Please be patient.

If you did not receive a Certificate in the mail but you believe you are a Settlement Class member, you may request a Certificate and redeem it for oil change services as described above. You also may submit a claim for cash on this website. Click and follow the instructions for submitting a claim without a Certificate number. Who’s Eligible

Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram class action settlement Class Members include all individuals who owned one of the 8,143 telephone numbers that Tacoma Dodge’s vendor claims it called on behalf of Tacoma Dodge.

Those who are unsure if they qualify as a Class Member may contact the Claims Administrator at 1-855-201-3279.

Potential Award

$35 or $60.

The Tacoma Dodge class action settlement will provide $60 oil change certificates or $35 in cash to Class Members who file a valid Claim Form.

Proof of Purchase

N/A.

Class Members do not have to provide proof of purchase but they must submit a valid Claim Form.
